WORKING GROUPS

Working Groups are organized around legal practice areas and professional interests relevant to foreign-trained lawyers, as well as U.S.-trained JD attorneys and legal professionals who are studying, practicing, or engaging within the United States legal system. They bring together members from different countries, legal traditions, and U.S. legal backgrounds to collaborate on shared areas of interest within the U.S. legal framework. Working Groups provide a structured forum for focused professional discussion, knowledge-sharing, and collaborative initiatives, including research, programming, training, and policy-oriented activities. Through cross-border and cross-disciplinary engagement, Working Groups support professional development and active participation within the Association and contribute to its broader mission.
