JOURNALS & PUBLICATIONS
The Journals & Publications initiative is a central component of the Association’s mission to promote legal scholarship, professional development, and cross-border knowledge exchange. Through this platform, the Organization plans to publish scholarly articles, research studies, professional commentary, and practice-oriented materials that address issues relevant to foreign-trained lawyers, U.S.-trained JD attorneys, and the broader legal community. The Association intends to develop a range of publication formats, including academic journals, newsletters, special reports, thematic issues, and digital publications. These publications will focus on topics aligned with the Organization’s goals, such as comparative legal systems, professional integration into the U.S. legal environment, regulatory developments, emerging areas of law, and best practices in cross-border legal work. By encouraging member participation as authors, editors, and contributors, the Journals & Publications initiative will foster collaboration, thought leadership, and high-quality legal discourse while advancing the Association’s overall objectives and institutional mission.
